WEEKEND WARRIOR TORNADO CHASE May 30–31, 2026 2 Days / 2 Nights | Lodging Included Base City: Oklahoma City, OK The Weekend Warrior Tornado Chase is designed for guests who want a real storm chasing experience during the peak of tornado season without committing to a full week on the road. This fast-paced weekend tour targets the best severe weather opportunities across Tornado Alley during one of the most active times of the year. Guests will spend two full chase days pursuing supercells, tornadoes, giant hail, and dramatic lightning across Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, or Nebraska depending on forecast conditions. Every chase is guided by real-time forecasting and strategic storm positioning to maximize both safety and storm viewing opportunities. Your tour begins Friday evening in Oklahoma City with hotel check-in and a pre-chase briefing where we discuss the upcoming severe weather setup, safety procedures, and chase strategy. Saturday and Sunday are dedicated chase days as we track evolving weather patterns and position for the best storms possible. Late May often produces classic Plains supercells fueled by rich Gulf moisture, strong instability, and favorable wind shear. Guests may witness rotating supercells, tornado development, incredible storm structure, and nonstop lightning across the open Plains. Lodging for Friday and Saturday night is included in the tour cost. Hotels are selected based on storm targets and daily logistics to keep us close to the action. Meals are not included.
